HOW CAN I SUBSCRIBE?

To subscribe, simply use the “Contact us” button.

CAN I KEEP MY FILES CONFIDENTIAL WHEN THERE ARE SEVERAL OF US IN THE OFFICE?

Yes you can. All your files can be protected by the Chinese Wall, a feature that allows you to give access only to the authorized personnel.

CAN I UNSUBSCRIBE? WHAT ARE THE PENALTIES?

You can unsubscribe.

  • However, once you unsubscribe, you will no longer have access to your data. Since your data is your own, it is possible to retrieve it before unsubscribing: print summaries, download your documents and export them in Excel format.

A 30-day notice is required.

CAN I TRANSFER DATA FROM MY CURRENT SOFTWARE TO JURISÉVOLUTION ON THE WEB?

Yes, you can.

  • If you are a new client, we have a data transfer service in the configuration section of the software.
  • If you are an existing client, it is possible to transfer your data from JurisÉvolution to its new web version. As each case is unique, we must analyze it carefully before proceeding with the transfer. We invite you to contact our service team for more details.

WHAT ARE THE TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS REQUIRED TO OPERATE JURISÉVOLUTION?

It is recommended to use the Google Chrome browser and an Internet with a minimum speed of 5 Mb/s. Please note that depending on the size of your database, a faster Internet connection may be required.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO UPDATE THE SOFTWARE?

Updates are done automatically. This means that JurisÉvolution always opens in its most recent version. An “online help” is available from the software. There you will find all the details about the updates, among other things.

WHAT SUPPORT DO YOU OFFER FOR VERSION 8.1.5 AND OTHER PRIOR VERSIONS OF JURISEVOLUTION?

As we always want to offer the best of JurisÉvolution to our clients and as technologies are evolving faster and faster, the obsolescence of JurisÉvolution 8.1.5 has led us to announce the end of service and support for this version on December 31, 2021*.

It is now impossible for us to answer any questions regarding this version of the software. To this effect, we refer you to a computer technician in your area who will be able to assist you with the documentation provided. Here is the link to obtain it: Guide.zip.
